爆速文字起こし（以下「本アプリ」）は、お客様のプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めています。本プライバシーポリシーでは、本アプリがどのような情報を収集し、どのように利用するかについて説明します。

1. 収集する情報

1.1 デバイス上に保存される情報

本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、以下のデータはすべてお客様のデバイス上にのみ保存されます。

2. マイク・音声の利用について

本アプリは録音機能のためにマイクへのアクセス許可を必要とします。

録音はお客様が明示的に録音ボタンを押した場合にのみ行われます。
録音された音声は、お客様のデバイス上でのみ文字起こし処理されます。
音声データはサーバーに送信されません。サマリー生成時は文字起こし済みのテキストのみを送信します。
録音データは文字起こし処理後に削除されます。

3. 情報の利用目的

収集した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。

サービス改善: アプリの機能改善、ユーザー体験の向上

5. データの保管

5.1 デバイス上のデータ

文字起こしデータ、話者情報、アプリ設定はすべてお客様のデバイス上（ローカルデータベース）に保存されます。クラウドへの同期は行われません。

データを削除するには、アプリ内の削除機能を使用するか、アプリをアンインストールしてください。

5.2 外部サービス上のデータ

AIサマリー生成のためにGemini APIに送信された文字起こしテキストは、処理完了後にGoogleのポリシーに基づいて管理されます。Google AI製品のデータ利用についてはGoogleのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

DeepSeekを選択した場合、文字起こしテキストはOpenRouter経由でAIモデルに送信されます。本アプリはすべてのAPIリクエストに provider.zdr: true（Zero Data Retention）を指定しており、接続先プロバイダーがデータをディスクに書き込まない（ZDR対応）エンドポイントのみが使用されます。OpenRouter自体もAPI経由のデータをモデル学習に使用しません。詳細はOpenRouterのプライバシーポリシーおよびZDRドキュメントをご確認ください。

6. データのセキュリティ

お客様の情報を保護するため、以下の対策を講じています。

通信の暗号化（SSL/TLS）
Firebase App Check による不正アクセス防止
音声データのサーバー非送信（テキストのみ送信）
データのデバイス内保存（クラウド同期なし）

ただし、インターネット上での完全なセキュリティを保証することはできません。

8. 広告について

9. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは、13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

Lightning-fast Transcription ("the App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not require account registration. All of the following data is stored only on your device.

2. Microphone and Audio Usage

The App requires microphone access for the recording feature.

Recording occurs only when you explicitly press the record button.
Recorded audio is transcribed on your device only.
Audio data is never sent to any server. Only the transcribed text is sent for summary generation.
Audio recordings are deleted after transcription processing.

3. How We Use Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

5. Data Storage

5.1 Data on Your Device

Transcription data, speaker information, and app settings are all stored on your device (local database). No cloud synchronization is performed.

To delete your data, use the delete function within the app or uninstall the app.

5.2 Data at External Services

Transcription text sent to the Gemini API for summary generation is managed in accordance with Google's policies after processing is complete. For details on how Google AI products use data, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy.

When DeepSeek is selected, transcription text is sent to an AI model via OpenRouter. All API requests include provider.zdr: true (Zero Data Retention), which restricts routing to provider endpoints that do not write data to disk. OpenRouter itself also does not use API-transmitted data for model training. For details, please refer to the OpenRouter Privacy Policy and the ZDR documentation.

6. Data Security

We take the following measures to protect your information:

Audio data is never sent to servers (only text is transmitted)

8. Advertising

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13.
